Introduced to Tokachi from Europe in 1966, the Kiyomi grape variety was later refined and named "Kiyomi." For more than half a century, this variety has been lovingly cultivated in the region. The roots of Tokachi grapes trace back to wild mountain grapes and this Kiyomi variety. The wine showcases a bright red-purple color, with spicy, roasted aromas, and a smooth, medium-bodied taste. Aged in French oak barrels.
