This wine is crafted with 97% Yamasachi grapes, blended with Zweigeltrebe from Memuro, Tokachi, Hokkaido. Aged carefully in French oak barrels for one year, it highlights the distinct character of the Yamasachi grape. The result is a wine with herbal aromas, firm acidity, and astringent undertones.

"Yamasachi" is a cold-hardy, grape variety developed specifically in Tokachi, Hokkaido, uniquely suited to the region's climate. In 2020, it became the third Japanese native grape variety registered with the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV).

The optimal serving temperature is 15-18°C.

This product is also available at the "Food Valley Tokachi Hokkaido Fair" currently being held at Changi Airport.
