This rosé is crafted from organically grown Yamasachi grapes. The grapes undergo a 40-day whole-cluster maceration before pressing. Fermentation occurs naturally with wild yeast in stainless steel tanks, followed by a 5-month aging period in old barrels. The wine is bottled without filtration or fining, preserving its natural character. A minimal amount of sulfur dioxide (SO₂) is added at bottling for oxidation prevention.

In the glass, Ryunosuke 2023 displays a reddish-amber hue. The aroma offers berry-like scents intertwined with subtle spicy notes, delivering a gentle and nuanced bouquet. On the palate, it presents a harmonious balance of fruitiness and spice, complemented by a refreshing acidity.
