This is our flagship product, created with the intention of offering a flavor that retains richness and umami while being easy for Japanese people to enjoy. It is creamy with no strong aftertaste, making it perfect to eat as is.
It has been selected for use as an in-flight meal on JAL international flights and was also served at the Toyako Summit.

[Miso-Marinated Camembert]
This Camembert cheese is made from fresh milk from healthy cows and marinated in a sweet, miso made from Tokachi-grown soybeans.
Tokachi is famous for its beans. The miso from Honbetsu Town and cheese from Nakasatsunai Village come together to create a uniquely “Tokachi” Camembert. The pairing of two fermented foods—the miso and cheese—complements each other very well. The sweet miso gently wraps around the cheese, creating a deep richness with a smooth texture. This makes it a great dish not only as a snack with alcohol but also as a side dish or filling for rice balls. A delicacy worth savoring.

[Tokachino Wine-Washed Camembert]
This Camembert cheese, made from fresh milk of healthy cows, is washed with Tokachi-grown white wine (a process called "washing") and then aged to become a white-mold cheese.
Rather than mixing the wine into the cheese, the cheese is matured with the wine’s components. As the cheese ages, the scent of white wine spreads throughout, blending the fruity aroma of the wine with the earthy white mold and the rich, milky flavor of the cheese. This creates a distinctive taste. This product is recommended for wine lovers or those who enjoy cheeses with a bit of a stronger, more distinct flavor.

[Belle Neige]
This cheese is named “Belle Neige,” meaning "Beautiful Snow."
Its rich, creamy texture was inspired by the pure, deep white snow of Tokachi, creating a smooth, luxurious mouthfeel.
