It is the proud King of Melons, grown by professional producers who take immense pride in their work. Crown Melons are not shipped unless they pass an extremely strict inspection carried out by certified inspectors.

The inspection covers factors like appearance, variety, flesh quality, flavor, presence of parasites, and sugar content. Regarding sugar content, the standards are incredibly rigorous: 13 degrees Brix or higher in summer and 14 degrees Brix or higher in winter.
