The already delicious "Tenpai" is then further aged for three years, creating a smooth flavor spun by the hands of time. It's a masterpiece of barley shochu with a surging energy, reminiscent of the Hakata Dontaku festival.

How to Enjoy

• On the Rocks: The brewery recommends a special method for the best flavor: add ice, pour in the shochu, and stir it exactly 36 times clockwise.

• Oyuwari (with hot water): Even when prepared with hot water, its robust character prevents the flavor from becoming diluted, allowing you to enjoy a richer, more profound taste.
